About Grace Management, Inc.
Grace Management, Inc. was established in 1984 to develop, manage, and market residential communities for seniors. Since then, Grace Management, Inc. has been responsible for over 90 Senior and Multi-Family Communities. The company also offers management and marketing consulting services and has completed many operational studies and “third-party” reviews for various types of housing communities.
In 1992, Grace Management, Inc. received the distinguished Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. The company boasts two Certified Property Managers (CPM®), one of the many prerequisites for the AMO® designation.
In addition, Grace Management, Inc. is one of the few organizations that are qualified as a court-appointed receiver. Its principals have testified as expert witnesses in the field of senior housing.
Grace Management, Inc. is member and board participant of ASHA (The American Senior Housing Association), and Argentum, formerly known as ALFA (Assisted Living Federation of America). The company’s principals are regular guest speakers and moderators at the conferences and conventions of these and similar organizations.
Our home office is in Minneapolis, Minnesota with Regional Support staff in 8 states.
