That’s why our Good Neighbor program is specially designed to enhance and grow each community with continued friendship and connection so that residents experience a place where they can make lasting memories and enjoy each other in a relaxed, comfortable, and motivating space. We wish for each resident to find the interaction they desire in a place that inspires them to live their best lives together.

Our Good Neighbors program is a referral program for residents to directly benefit from referring a loved one or friend to live their best life at one of our communities. Each community’s referral program offers a unique rent credit when utilized for both the resident and new resident moving in.

Our Good Neighbor nature also goes beyond our own home and reaches out into the greater community. The honor is bestowed to senior living communities through A Place for Mom, Inc. and is determined by reviews from seniors and their families on SeniorAdvisor.com, the nation’s largest ratings and reviews site for senior care and services. This exclusive designation honors only the top three percent of senior care providers across the United States and Canada.

The Grace Management, Inc. communities that received this honor are located in the states of Florida, Texas, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. The award-winning communities include:

Beach House, an assisted living and memory care community in Naples, Florida.

One of our meaningful partnerships is with It’s Never 2 Late® (iN2L) technology, the leading provider of person-centered digital engagement technology.

The company’s picture-based, touchscreen interface provides easy access to unparalleled content, regardless of users’ physical and cognitive abilities. iN2L’s media library offers over 4,000 social, educational, spiritual, and gaming content options.

The impressive technology can be found in a number of The Village Program® Memory Care neighborhoods at our communities that serve residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia-related needs. It continues to be very popular and a wonderfully interactive source of joy, fun, entertainment, and education. Our communities have discovered something unique that makes a positive impact on the daily lives of residents.

In fact, in 2019 two of our communities were part of the company’s 60/20 tour in which the iN2L company celebrated 20 years and the co-founder Jack York celebrated his 60th birthday with a cross-country road trip going to senior living communities that actively use their technology. Our communities Town Village Sterling Heights in Sterling Heights, Michigan, and Camellia at Deerwood in Jacksonville, Florida were two stops along the way for the iN2L co-founder and his cohorts. In 2020, Grace Management, Inc. VP of Sales Lori Edgerton joined thought leaders from around North America—providers of housing and services for older adults— to create strategies and tactics to help all segments of the senior living industry emerge from restrictions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The strategies and tactics are collected in the white paper, “Creating a Path Towards the Next Normal in Senior Living.” Edgerton said the idea was “to inspire and empower older adults to play an active role in risk management and maintaining independence.”

Co-Founder and Operating Partner of Chicago Pacific Founders, John Rijos, is also on the Board of Directors for the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC). In addition to providing transparency for the seniors housing and care sector through data and analytics and connecting leaders through high-quality annual events, NIC, led by its Board, is preparing decisionmakers for collaborative relationships with the healthcare sector.
