Our 30-year-old, premier retirement community on Maine’s MidCoast is an environmental leader, conveniently located just off Route 196 in Topsham, close to Interstate 295 and Brunswick between Freeport and Bowdoin. Just 30 minutes from downtown Portland and minutes away from downtown Brunswick, our 98-acre campus is blooming with a deep sense of community thanks to the longevity of our team and the diversity of our residents.

Indulge in convenient dining at local restaurants, like Great Impasta, 555 North, Nomad, Sea Dog, Joshua’s, Brunswick Hotel and Tavern, and many other popular dining spots. 

Our Vibrant Living program offers organized trips to local restaurants, with transportation provided. 

Minutes from the Brunswick station of Amtrak Downeaster, you’ll have easy access to day trips. You can also explore the area on the Brunswick-Topsham Bike Path.

The Highlands offers convenient access to area hospitals, including Midcoast Hospital, Parkview Hospital, Midcoast Medical Group, Midcoast Therapy, CHANS Hospice, and CHANS Home Health.

We can help coordinate transportation so you can attend medical appointments in the area.
