Country-rock sensation Jay Allen is partnering with Grace Management, Inc. for a tour, delivering heartfelt performances to communities across the country. More than a concert, the tour shines a light on Alzheimer’s and dementia—offering hope, healing, and connection through the power of music.

Jay’s Story  

Nationally acclaimed singer-songwriter Jay Allen is known for his country-rock music and impactful philanthropy efforts. Following the loss of his mother to Alzheimer’s in 2019, Jay has passionately dedicated his career to raising awareness and funding for Alzheimer’s and dementia related causes. To date, he has helped raise over $160 million to combat these diseases.   

His emotional ballad “Blank Stares” — written in her honor — has reached over 1 billion views and inspired people across the globe. 

Jay’s Journey

Jay Allen first captured national attention on NBC’s The Voice, earning chair turns from Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. Since then, he’s been invited to the White House, performed at the U.S. Capitol and the Rita Hayworth Gala, and received The Caregiver Award from the National Alzheimer’s Association.

He is currently in the studio working on new music and actively touring, honoring and celebrating caregivers. Jay has appeared at Super Bowl Radio Row in both 2024 and 2025, with features on SiriusXM, ESPN, and Fox Sports. He’s also been regularly featured on major networks including NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, The Cowboy Channel, and more. He was recently highlighted in Nana-Nana, a children’s book for families navigating dementia.

The Living Gracefully Tour is Jay Allen’s way of taking his message directly to the people who inspire it — seniors, families, and caregivers in communities across the U.S. Jay will visit Grace Management, Inc. communities, performing intimate concerts that blend music, storytelling, and moments of connection. Each stop is a celebration of resilience, love, and the power of song.
