Grace Management, Inc. is very proud of the experience it has gained in marketing our clients' investments. Our marketing department coordinates advertising and supports on-site marketing and management personnel to open and maintain occupancy of communities.

A residential community is a "community within a community" and must be marketed and managed based upon this concept. An active, established network of community contacts and co-sponsored events perform two functions: increased community awareness of the property and increased resident participation, both of which help keep residents involved in their community.

We believe that our marketing associates must feel personally successful in order to sell themselves as part of the product. If advertising is attracting inquiries but the associates are not closing, the community suffers. Grace Management, Inc. believes marketing is largely based on relationships. We host regular training sessions to teach associates successful strategies and techniques to market effectively for ongoing success.
