Court Appointed Receiverships

For a variety of reasons senior housing communities must occasionally be appointed a receiver by the court. Court-appointed receivers are the most powerful and independent of the judicially-appointed managers. The receiver makes large and small decisions, spends the organization’s funds, and controls hiring and firing determinations. Decisions must be made quickly and with the best interest of multiple constituencies in mind. Grace Management, Inc. has had the opportunity to serve as a court-appointed receiver in multiple situations over the years. Our experience with lenders, licensing agencies, and legal entities in United States make us uniquely qualified to handle this type of management responsibility.
