For over 20 years, Grace Management, Inc. has specialized in developing, managing, and marketing senior communities (active, assisted living and congregate.) In addition, third party reviews of existing facilities, evaluating their current situation and potential for success incorporating the appropriate recommendations. The company has received the Accredited Management Organization (AMO™) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, (IREM™).

Grace Management, Inc. employs over 600 associates throughout the country in various senior communities. In addition, the corporate office in Minneapolis is the home office for the accounting and human resources divisions. Since the inception of Grace Management, Inc. the company has had experience managing senior housing in 19 States and is currently operating in 10. Additionally consulting contracts are in effect on various other properties.
